| Combine the eggs, water and Country Stuffin'
Mix in a bowl. Stir to blend.
Add the meat. Using a paddle or hook, blend on low
speed for 3 - 5 minutes. Check to be sure the stuffing
is evenly blended.
Scoop using a #40 scoop. Place on sheet trays.
Bake:
At 375°F for 30 - 35 minutes in a Conventional
Oven.
At 325°F for 20 - 25 minutes in a Convection
Oven.
Yield: approximately 350 meatballs using a #40 scoop.
