| Combine all ingredients except yellow
color. Mix on low speed for 1 minute. Scrape down paddle
and bowl. Continue mixing on low for 1 minute. Add color,
drop by drop during last minute until a pale to medium
yellow tint is achieved.
Fill muffin tins 2/3 full, bake at 425°F for
12 - 15 minutes.
Fill loaf pans 2/3 full, bake at 375°F for 15
- 25 minutes. |
